As cultural practitioners, HUX assisted MVMT50 in positioning itself as a “think space for black innovators” within the diversity and inclusion in tech conversation. Through strategic branding, marketing, and media outreach, HUX elevated MVMT50’s brand aesthetic, recognition, respectability and value during SXSW Interactive 2016. We designed a new brand style guide (which included a logo suite, website and design identity), developed new brand messaging and facilitated media partnerships locally, national, and globally to create a dynamic brand that served to educate the tech community and empower black thought leaders.
